The staff at Camp Frank A. Day comes from all over the country and the world. We hire creative and experienced counselors and directors; many of whom return every summer to be a part of the camp family. Our dynamic staff work as a team to keep all of our campers happy and nurtured.  

We maintain American Camping Association camper-to-staff ratios.

Leah Zippin, Camp Director
Leah joined Camp Frank A. Day in 2010. During the school year, Leah teaches math to seventh graders in Monson, MA (right around the corner from camp). Leah has always loved being at camp – as a camper in her youth, a counselor as a young adult and now as the Director and parent of two campers at Camp Frank A. Day. In her free time, Leah enjoys camping, hiking, collecting rocks and fossils and spending time with her husband and two children.
