What to Bring to Camp

Please label all items with your camper’s name. Suggestions for a two-week period. Download and print this checklist.

  • 2 Laundry bags
  • Underwear
  • Shampoo
  • 1 Pillow
  • Socks
  • Brush
  • 2 Pillowcases
  • Long pants
  • Other toiletries (contacts, retainer, feminine products)
  • 2 Blankets and/or sleeping bags
  • Shorts
  • Bathroom bag/tote for trips to the bathhouse
  • 2 Sets of sheets
  • Sneakers
  • Pen/pencil and stationery
  • 1 Raincoat
  • Sandals/flip-flops
  • Stamps (at least two postcard stamps)
  • 1 Warm jacket (evening may be cool
  • Sweatshirts/sweaters
  • Flashlight with extra batteries
  • 3 Swimsuits
  • Pajamas
  • Water bottle
  • 2-3 Beach towels
  • Nice outfits for dances and awards night
  • Sunscreen
  • 2-3 Bath towels
  • Toothbrushes (pack two)
  • Insect repellent

Pack at your own risk

Campers may bring iPods, MP3 players and handheld gaming devices (DS, PSP, Gameboy), but they can only be used during certain times in their cabins.

*Parents concerned about children with severe food allergies may pack food for their campers. The food must be bagged separately and clearly labeled and will be stored in the kitchen or unit director's cabin.
